SCOPE OF APPLICATION

TRAVERTEX naudojamas visų tipų pastatų fasadų paviršiams ant grubaus tinko, betono, cemento lakštų ir izoliacinių sistemų.

PROPERTIES

- Gaminami dviejų skirtingų dydžių; 1 mm ir 3 mm.

– Not affected by the cracks forming due to building settling.

– Covers up the faults on the surface with the thick layer of film that forms during application.

– Not affected from external factors, and weather conditions like rain, snow, humid, extreme hot or cold and also its colours do not fade.

– Resistant to ultraviolet and alkaline.

-Being water-based, it has no harm to human health or the environment.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

-Clean all dirt, oil, blistered paint and dust off the application surface; level the surface defects with San Deco Acrylic Putty Exterior. Previously painted surfaces or surfaces that will be painted must be undercoated with San Deco Unprimer. We recommend using the same colour of undercoat as the selected siding color.

-Thoroughly mix Travertex until it reaches a homogeneous consistency without any dilution.
-Apply Travertex in a single coat using a trowel. Adjust the application thickness based on the size of the largest texture stones present in the product. Create the desired texture on the surface using a plastic spud in circular motions.
- Naudojimo aplinka turi būti palaikoma nuo +5°C iki +35°C per 24 valandas dengimo metu ir po jo.

Under 23°C environmental conditions, allow 5-6 hours for touch dry and 24 hours for complete drying.

Priklausomai nuo paviršiaus lygumo, poringumo ir dengimo būdų, dengiant vienu sluoksniu;
1 mm:
-1 litras padengia 0,75–0,85 m² paviršiaus,
-1 kg padengia 0,40–0,45 m2 paviršiaus,
- Dažų sąnaudos 1 m2 plotui yra 1175 -1330 ml ir 2220 - 2500 gr.

3 mm:
-1 litras padengia 0,50–0,60 m² paviršiaus,
-1 kg padengia 0,25–0,35 m2 paviršiaus,
- Dažų sąnaudos 1 m2 plotui yra 1660 -2000 ml ir 3000 - 3800 gr.
